You are allowed one space in the gated area. There are times where all the spots are taken. Additional parking spaces are available right outside the gates in a well-lit area. 

We are aware that accidents happen and understand things will break. We will work with our guests to resolve any issues amicably. We only ask for the deposit to cover damages (carpet or furniture cleaning for excessive soiling etc.) The deposit will be credited within 7 days of check out. 

Your little ones are always welcome to stay but be aware that we are not set up to be baby proof. In addition, the Casa De Emdeko complex does cater to a more mature crowd.

Keyless entry is through a digital keypad. You will be assigned a custom code to allow you to key in number to open the door. The code you will need will be sent with your check in package. 

Please read through all the instructions so you are familiar with our condo for the best stay possible!!! We are so excited for you. 

Our condo is not children friendly. We don't have baby related items, but we can certainly arrange for their use or direct you to a source for playpens etc.

Events and parties can be arranged but the cabana has to be arranged in advance. Covid-19 precautions are in place and required around the resort. They can be taken off when at the pools or sitting in the beach area lounging. 

We have tried to cover it all. Grill some vegetables on our metal BBQ platter, blend some drinks, ice cube trays with covers and silicone bottoms, Brita filtered water pitcher, Keurig coffee maker and coffee grinder. 

2 adults and up to 2 children 8 and over (not safe for small children) 

Our lanai includes a partial view of the ocean with a north facing side that never sees the hot sun. Sit and relax while you sip coffee or have an adult beverage. 

Smoking is not allowed on the Casa De Emdeko grounds. 

Unfortunately, the complex was built before ADA requirements and is exempt because of the overall building design. There is an elevator and there are two sets of 3 steps to get to our condo. 

We have most of the electronics you will need and even have an Echo Dot to enjoy the services of Alexa. You are welcome of course to mute it or unplug it if you are concerned about privacy. If not enjoy Amazon Music Unlimited. Say "Alexa, play Hawaiian music" (our favorite). 

Thank you for taking a moment to check out our Aloha Lani (Aloha Heaven) condo A208 at Casa De Emdeko in Kona HI. We are looking forward to guests enjoying what we offer. We are not the most modern or the most designer decorated. But what we do offer is an amenities packed experience at a very reasonable price. We pride ourselves on making our customers our number one priority and we are continuously making upgrades. We don't want you to worry about anything other than having fun and enjoying the Casa De Emdeko resort grounds while experiencing all the joys of the Big Island. Kerry and I are long time travelers who have gathered the best of practices for our condo experience. We bought our condo as a place to eventually retire to part time and visit from time to time while sharing it with new friends. When you stay with us the aloha is abundant and the joys real. From breakfast on the lanai to sunsets at the salt water pool or the man made beach you will never be disappointed.
